The Pro dashboard is available only on the Pro plan.
To access the Pro dashboard type the
!auth command in the conversation notes:
Please note that only the superusers can access the Intercom Pro dashboard.
By default, there's only one superuser: the person who initially installed the widget. Additional users could receive access to the Pro dashboard from the Agents tab.
To be able to run the
!auth command the conversation must be assigned to that superuser.
After the command is successfully executed you'll receive a login link and a single-use authentication code:
Click the "Lokalise for Intercom Pro" link, enter the code and press Sign in. You'll be navigated to the dashboard.
