Please note that some Dashboard features (specifically, teams and agents-level settings and the glossary) are available on the Pro plan only.
To access the Pro dashboard type the
!dashboard command in the conversation notes or click on the "Access dashboard" button:
Please note that only the superusers can access the Intercom Pro dashboard.
By default, there's only one superuser: the person who initially installed the widget. Additional users could receive access to the Pro dashboard from the Agents tab.
After the command is successfully executed you'll receive a login link and a single-use authentication code:
Click the "Lokalise Messages Dashboard" link and you'll be navigated to the dashboard. Link is valid for a single use only and once you logged in you can access the Dashboard for a month.
