Audit logs

View detailed information about all the team events.

This feature is available only on the Enterprise plan.

Audit logs provide a comprehensive overview of all activities within your team, allowing you to track specifics like recent logins, the creation of project snapshots, and the addition of new translation keys.

Viewing audit logs

To gain access to audit logs, open your Team Settings:

Then proceed to Audit logs tab:

You are going to see all the events for the last 30 days:

Filtering events

The events can be further filtered using the controls at the top of the page.

Calendar is used to select the date range to display events for. The default range is 30 days but you can choose any other period as needed:

The Projects dropdown allows you to filter events by project:

The Users dropdown allows you to select a specific user to display events for. By default, events for all users are displayed.

The Events dropdown allows you to choose a specific event type to display. By default, all event types are listed.

Events data

For each event, the following information is available:

  • Date — shows the date and time when the given event was recorded. Please note that logs use UTC+2 time zone.

  • Initiated by — shows the username who performed (initiated) the given action.

  • IP — an IP address of the user who has initiated the event.

  • Event type — a specific type of the event that was initiated.

  • Summary — a general information about the event. For example: "UserName has created order OrderNumber".

Additional event information

It is possible to view additional information about each event by simply clicking on it:

The displayed data may vary based on the event type, but in general the following information is available:

  • Date — shows the date and time when the given event was recorded.

  • Initiated by — shows the username who performed (initiated) the given action.

  • IP — an IP address of the user who initiated the event.

  • User agent — detailed information about the user's browser.

  • Event-specific data — depending on the event, it may contain information about the project, team, key,  task etc.

Exporting your audit log

It is possible to export all the filtered data from the audit log in CSV format. To achieve that, simply click on the Download as CSV button at the bottom of the page:
