Learn how to view and manage your subscription details

In this article, you'll learn how to manage your Lokalise subscription.

Subscription details

Please note that only team billers and owners can manage team billing details.

To view and manage your subscription details, click on your avatar in the bottom left corner and choose Team settings:

Navigate to the Billing tab where you can find your subscription details and change the credit card details:

Extending subscription

If your current subscription expires soon, no additional action is required from your side.

  1. If you were paying by bank transfer, we will invoice you 3-4 weeks in advance.

  2. If you subscribed using a card, the system will charge you automatically.

Upgrading subscription

To upgrade your current plan, proceed to Team settings > Billing and click Change current plan (see the screenshot above).

As you upgrade, the system credits you with the unused remaining amount of the current plan and then uses that credit towards the new payment.

For example:

If you have an Essential annual plan ($2760/year), which you've subscribed to 100 days ago and decided to upgrade to an annual Pro plan ($7020/year), the system would credit you with 365 - 100 = 265 days or $2760/365 * 265 = $2003.84 and charge the difference of $7020 - $2003.84 = $5016.16 making a subscription anchor on this day.

Canceling subscription

To cancel your current plan, proceed to Team settings > Billing and click Cancel subscription:

The subscription will remain active until the end of the agreed period.
