You can view all project activity in a single, easy-to-follow timeline. Keep in mind that only project admins with the "view activity" access right can use this feature.

Viewing project activity

To check the activity, open your Lokalise project and go to More > Activity:

Project activity pane

Once you open it, you'll see the following pane:

  • Angular – the current project's name.

  • Master – the selected project branch.

  • Active processes – displays any ongoing processes, like file uploads.

  • Finished processes – shows a list of completed processes.

  • Recent project activity – lists all actions within the project. You can filter the activity by user, activity type, language, or date range using the dropdowns. For each action, you’ll see who performed it, what the action was, and when it happened.

Special notes and tips

  • Project activity uses UTC+1 or UTC+2 (during daylight saving time), based on the Europe/Berlin time zone.

  • If you're on the Enterprise plan, you can use the Audit logs feature for more detailed event tracking within your team.

  • To view changes made to a specific translation, use the History feature.
